The company was registered in 1997 by two main shareholders - Valentin Velkov - Managing Director and George Dimitrov - Sales Manager. The company is a member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.

VEDI INTERNATIONAL Ltd. is a company dealing with exports of metalworking and woodworking machines and spare parts for them. VEDI INTERNATIONAL Ltd. represents all Bulgarian manufacturers, producing metalworking and woodworking machines. The significant experience of the staff - more than 15 years in the business, the knowledge and efforts, applied by the company management, bring to the good results in the business.

ISO 9001
In 2000 VEDI INTERNATIONAL Ltd. finalized successfully the process of introduction of a quality system in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9002.
In 2002 the Company passed successfully the recertification audit in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2000 International Standard and was awarded a Certificate Number Q17984.

In 2014 VEDI INTERNATIONAL Ltd. was successfully certified as per new Standard ISO 9001:2008 and in March 2017 is in progress re-certification as per ISO 9001-2015.

Quality:
The control system includes an inspection of the machines during their preparation and before the dispatch, delivery of spare parts and technical support. A vast range of tools can be quoted under customer's requirements and specifications.

Warranty:
Spare parts are supplied for warranty and after warranty servicing and even for machines, which have been out of production for more than 10 years.

Partners:
VEDI INTERNATIONAL Ltd. has excellent business relations with partners from Europe, America, Africa and Asia and participates in big tenders organized by Governmental Institutions all over the world and would appreciate any collaboration in that aspect.
